HIV care providers in Georgia can request copies by emailing to seatec@emory.edu.

Metro area agencies can visit SEATEC and pick up all the copies you need. Click About Us for driving directions.  

Agencies in other parts of Georgia can request that copies be shipped. Be sure shipping address includes a street address, not a P.O. Box. Specify how many copies you need. Booklets come 100 to the box.
